Job summary

Sephora Johns Creek is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio, perform makeup, waxing and related services, and help clients find the right products. You’ll educate on trends and create uplifting experiences that make customers feel valued.

Requires an active license in the state, 1–3 years in a similar role or retail/service setting, strong beauty knowledge, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork
• Uphold Sephora standards and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
