Qualifications

• Licensed beauty professional with an active license in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years of experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques; ability to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals through beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, engaging shopping experience.
