Job summary

Sephora Johns Creek is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and beauty services at the Beauty Studio. You’ll apply expertise, educate clients on products, and help them discover looks that fit their lifestyle.

As a team member, you’ll maintain licensure, follow hygiene standards, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. The role offers flexible scheduling with shifts aligned to store needs and peak retail hours.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals through beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay updated on trends.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Follow Sephora standards and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
