Ideal candidates hold an active state license, bring 1–3 years in beauty or retail settings, and demonstrate strong product knowledge. This on-site, part-time role requires reliable scheduling and a friendly, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar beauty/retail/service role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide and perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Educate clients on beauty trends and product knowledge to empower their choices.
• Maintain licensure, hygiene standards, and health protocols.
• Assist in achieving store goals by servicing clients and rebooking appointments.
