Job summary

Sephora Johns Creek seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and related services, while educating customers on trends and product knowledge in a fast-paced store.

If licensed and service-driven, you’ll join a diverse team focused on inclusivity, learning, and growth. Part-time scheduling supports peak hours and a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client servicing, and product sales.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to empower everyone.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
