Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through services, bookings, client servicing and product sales.
• Perform beauty services: makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s menu; stay informed on trends to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; health and safety protocols.
