Job summary

Sephora Holyoke is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through makeup, waxing, and related services at the Beauty Studio. You will engage customers, upsell products, and ensure excellent service while staying current on beauty trends.

If licensed and service-driven, you’ll contribute to a diverse, supportive team and help clients feel confident and beautiful every day. This role fits part-time scheduling needs in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
