Sephora NY-5th Avenue is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio, delivering services and product recommendations. This part-time position offers an hourly wage and flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals through beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed on trends and products.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
