Sephora NY-34th Street is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through their beauty journey in-store. You will perform makeup, waxing, and related services, while staying current on trends and product knowledge to empower clients.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client care, and product sales.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and stay informed on trends to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
