Requires an active state license for waxing and makeup, 1–3 years in retail or service roles, strong product knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Part-time schedule with peak hours expected.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals, rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed on trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and health/safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe, secure shopping experience for all.
