Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and other services in the state
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through services, rebooking, and product sales
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing per Sephora's menu and educate clients on trends
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety protocols
