Job summary

Sephora in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. If licensed, service-driven, and people-loving, this role offers opportunities to teach, inspire, and grow within a supportive team.

You will perform makeup, waxing, and other services, stay current with trends, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive results by helping achieve store goals, rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and health/safety protocols.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
