Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals and rebooking services.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
