Job summary

Sephora in West Palm Beach is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will educate and empower customers with current trends, perform services, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

The role supports store goals and emphasizes accuracy, safety, and trusted product advice. The position requires an active state license for waxing, makeup, and false application, 1–3 years' experience, and a strong service

Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the licensing state.
1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

Drive results by achieving store goals, providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
