Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for the NY-34th Street location. You will guide clients through their beauty journey, perform services, and drive sales while upholding hygiene standards in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires an active license, 1–3 years in a similar setting, strong product knowledge, and a collaborative spirit. Flexible scheduling with part-time hours and evening/weekend shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by providing services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
