Sephora is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through makeup, waxing and related services at the Beauty Studio, delivering personalized consultations that inspire confidence and creativity. The role emphasizes licensing upkeep, hygiene, and a welcoming, inclusive team environment.

The position requires 1–3 years in a similar setting, strong product knowledge, and a proactive service mindset to help clients achieve look goals while driving service sales.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services (makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu) and stay informed on trends and products.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards with health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and collaboration.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all.
