Job summary

Sephora in Sunrise, FL is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond, performing services, recommending products, and helping shoppers discover looks that fit their style. You’ll stay current on trends and provide personalized service.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other listed services; stay updated on trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
