Job summary

Sephora in Miami, FL is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to join the Beauty Studio and deliver personalized beauty services, guidance, and product recommendations.

You will perform makeup, waxing, and other services, maintain licensure, uphold safety standards, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team while supporting store goals through client education and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals and rebooking clients.
• Provide makeup, waxing and other beauty services listed in Sephora’s menu.
• Stay informed about trends and educate clients with product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Follow Sephora policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
