Qualifications

• Active license to perform waxing, makeup and false lash services.
• 1-3 years’ experience in beauty or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player with ability to learn quickly.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through services, rebooking and sales.
• Perform makeup, waxing and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
