Job summary

Sephora West Palm Beach is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to impact clients daily as a beauty expert. You’ll guide clients in the Beauty Studio and beyond, bringing teaching, inspiration, and play to the shopping journey.

The role requires an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and lash services, 1–3 years in a retail/service setting, and strong knowledge of beauty trends. This on‑site position offers flexible scheduling and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

Active license to provide waxing, makeup and false lash services in the state of practice.
1–3 years' experience in a similar retail/service role.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment.
Ability to absorb and share product knowledge quickly.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive results by providing services, rebooking, servicing clients, and selling products.
Perform makeup, waxing and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork and uphold Sephora standards.
Ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
