Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false-application services in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals through beauty services, client service, and product sales.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed on trends to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and follow health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
