Job summary

Sephora in Southlake, TX is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll teach, inspire, and connect with customers, delivering personalized service and product recommendations.

Leverage your active beauty license to perform waxing, makeup, and other services, while staying current on trends and health standards. This role values teamwork, reliability, and a passion for empowering clients.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge to educate clients
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and follow health and safety protocols
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
