Job summary

This role emphasizes service, education, and empowering customers in a diverse team environment. The position is part-time, hourly, and requires an active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and lash services.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by assisting clients, booking services, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other Beauty Services listed in Sephora’s menu; stay informed on trends.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, engaging shopping experience.
