Job summary

Sephora in Southlake, TX is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond, teaching, inspiring, and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll perform makeup, waxing and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, stay current on trends, maintain licensure and hygiene, and build lasting client relationships while supporting a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing; stay informed on trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
