Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals through beauty services, rebooking, servicing clients and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing and other services listed in Sephora's menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a welcoming culture.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
