Job summary

Sephora Lake Prairie Towne Crossing in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond.

You’ll perform services such as makeup and waxing, keep licenses active, stay current on trends, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

This part-time role offers hourly pay between $19.80 and $22.90, with benefits based on eligibility and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Active state license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services.
• 1–3 years’ experience in beauty, retail, or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other Sephora Beauty Services on offer.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store environment.
• Uphold Sephora standards and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
