Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client servicing, and rebooking.
• Perform beauty services: makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; follow health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
