Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Virginia is seeking a Licensed Barber to join our fast-paced salons. Your chair, your income—top performers earn 45–88+ USD per hour plus tips, with potential to reach $100K+ per year as you build guest loyalty and a strong book.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and full benefits including PTO, education, and 401(k). Your skill in cuts, fades, color, and consultations will fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultations.
• Ability to grow earnings with service and retail commissions and tips.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional haircuts, fades, and color for clients.
• Consult with clients to determine best styling options.
• Provide high-quality service and upsell retail products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and schedule.
