Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Virginia Beach is seeking a Licensed Barber to join our high-traffic salon. You’ll have a chair and be paid on performance, with average hourly earnings of $45–$88+ plus tips, potentially reaching $100K+ per year.

Expect up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and strong marketing to keep your chair busy. Licensing and work authorization in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book and will grow it.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services to walk-in clients and appointments.
• Consult with clients to determine desired cuts and styles.
• Drive earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.
