Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our high-traffic salons in the United States. You will have your chair, a supportive team, and robust marketing to drive client flow from day one.

Earners on track with a performance-based model can reach $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with potential to surpass $100K annually. Up to 75% commission and an 8-level ladder support career growth and increased earnings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Willing to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.

Responsibilities

• Perform barbering services with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the station and shop.
• Promote additional services and retail products to guests.
