Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Licensed Barber to join our busy salons. You’ll cut, fade, color, and consult with guests, earning based on performance, commissions, and tips from day one. Your chair is backed by strong marketing and a large guest base.

Walk-ins are welcome, and we invest in education, advanced techniques, and growth opportunities. With up to 75% commissions, an 8-level career ladder, and robust benefits, you can build a lucrative barber career here.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earnings.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultations.
• Bonus points if you have a client book; we’ll help grow it and your commission.

Responsibilities

• Cut hair and perform fades/color while consulting with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and deliver excellent service.
• Contribute to a fast, guest-centered experience for walk-ins.
• Engage in upselling services/retail and collaborate with brand marketing.
