Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in the United States is seeking a licensed barber or cosmetologist to join our team. We provide the chair, a high-traffic location, and premium tools to turn your precision into a profitable barber career from day one.

Compensation is performance-based with potential to earn $45–$88+ per hour (plus tips), up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and great benefits. Walk-ins are welcome, and marketing helps keep your chair busy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility increases earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points if you already have an established book of business; we’ll help grow it.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering/cosmetology services to walk-in and appointment guests.
• Maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a busy, high-traffic shop environment with strong guest loyalty.
