Hair Cuttery is hiring a Licensed Barber for a high-traffic chair in the Charlotte area. You’ll cut, fade, color, and consult with guests from day one, with the support of a renowned salon brand.

Expect performance-based pay, generous commissions, and opportunities to grow your book and earnings through promos, tips, and product sales. This role values flexibility and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! We’ll help you grow it and your commission from day one.

Responsibilities
