We provide the chair, the busy location, and a generous earning model with up to 75% commissions, tips, and opportunities to reach $100K+ per year through performance-based pay and a multi-tiered career ladder.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist as required by state law.
• Experience with cuts, fades, color, and consultative styling ideal.
• Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays to optimize earnings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
