Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring Licensed Barbers to join our busy studios. You’ll cut hair with precision, including fades and color, while building lasting client relationships and capitalizing on walk-in traffic from day one.

Our compensation blends base earnings with service and retail commissions and tips, with 75% commission available for experienced contributors. Expect flexible scheduling, ongoing education, and strong career growth across 500+ locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book and can grow commissions from day one.
