Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers to join our on-site teams. You’ll cut, fade, color, and consult with clients while building a strong book of business and enjoying a performance-based pay structure.

With up to 75% commissions, 8-level career ladder, and abundant marketing to keep your chair filled, you can achieve substantial earnings. Benefits include PTO, education, insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility to maximize earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; helps grow commissions from day one.
