Jiffy Lube / Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) is hiring a Licensed State Motor Vehicle Inspector / Lube Technician to ensure vehicles meet DMV standards and reassure customers about safety. This role includes performing inspections, communicating results, and delivering preventative maintenance services.

Responsibilities include multi-point inspections, documenting results, advising the service team on corrective actions, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi‑point vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with emissions standards and state regulations.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate pass/fail results, recommend corrective actions, and advise service team on additional needs.
• Inspect for wear, damage, faulty components, illegal equipment, and alignment issues.
• Evaluate key mechanical systems, accessories, electrical circuits, and air lines.
• Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, fluid top‑offs, light/wiper/brake/tire services).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
