Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a full-time Audiologist for our Staten Island office. The role focuses on diagnostic testing, dispensing hearing aids, counseling patients, and building rapport with families across our multi-site practice in the NY/NJ area.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Audiology (Au.D. preferred), possess an active dispensing license, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a patient-centered environment with ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Professional interaction with patients, physicians, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients.
• Conduct audiometric testing.
• Counsel patients.
• Make recommendations for hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing; Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids; Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear.
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities.
