Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates seeks a licensed Audiologist for our Staten Island office. This full-time role emphasizes diagnostic testing, hearing aid dispensing, and patient counseling in a dynamic multi-site ENT practice.

The ideal candidate will hold an Au.D. (Masters acceptable) with an active dispensing license and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and physicians. We offer a lucrative bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology; Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids
• Diagnostic testing
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
• Program hearing aids
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
• Maintain documentation and patient files
• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities
