Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Southfield, Michigan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends. Working under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help conduct recovery treatment plans, provide injury prevention guidance, and support strength and conditioning programs. Key responsibilities include administering approved treatments, assisting with exercises, and maintaining timely documentation while working closely with clients and families to promote well-being in alignment with Walk Line's mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

• State of Michigan Athletic Trainer License. BOC certification is also required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with and under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist to understand, develop and implement recovery treatment plans
• Administer approved treatments under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist safely and effectively
• Develop proficiency in the EMR system, provide timely documentation and maintain an organized workspace
• Effectively communicate with clients and families to develop trust and confidence with the client
