Sport Clips Haircuts of Wayne is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role suits an experienced licensed stylist/barber ready to grow leadership while still cutting hair.

Responsibilities include coaching stylists, scheduling support, and maintaining salon standards, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Cosmetology or Barber license is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber, with men’s cuts preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong passion for customer service and developing a service-minded team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
