Sport Clips Haircuts in Flanders, NJ is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed stylist/barber ready to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair.

The successful candidate will coach stylists, assist with scheduling and opening/closing duties, and uphold salon standards while providing high-quality men’s cuts.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services.
