Sport Clips Haircuts in Princeton, NJ is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

Responsibilities include coaching stylists, scheduling, and maintaining salon standards while fostering a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
