Qualifications

• Active NJ Cosmetology or BarberLicense is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
