Sport Clips Haircuts in Murrysville, PA is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role suits an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist aiming to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain standards, develop staff, and ensure excellent service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
