This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist seeking leadership growth while continuing to cut hair.

You'll coach stylists, manage scheduling, and uphold salon standards while fostering a welcoming, team-focused culture in a busy, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber, men's cutting preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services.

What We're Looking For
