Sport Clips Haircuts of Clackamasis is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates are licensed stylists/barbers in Oregon with leadership potential and a passion for customer service. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and uphold salon standards while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
