Job summary

Sport Clips Lancaster is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead the team, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience in Lancaster, OH. You will manage staff, schedules, payroll, and daily operations while maximizing revenue and client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for coaching stylists, achieving targets, and maintaining the high standards of Sport Clips, with real advancement opportunities and a clear path to Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license.
• Leadership experience in a salon or barbershop preferred.
• Ability to hold people accountable and maintain high standards.
• Comfortable with numbers and store performance metrics.
• Reliable and available for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's results, including client count, wait times, retail, and client satisfaction scores.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of stylists and keep top performers.
• Run daily operations: opens/closes, huddles, inventory, payroll accuracy.
• Set the standard for MVP experience behind the chair and on the floor.
• Read weekly numbers and act on them with supported insights.

At Sport Clips Lancaster, the Store Manager runs the business: the team, the numbers, the client experience. What you'll make

• $30–$44/hr base as a working manager — you're still behind the chair part of the week, so tips are yours too


• Monthly Manager Bonus tied to the numbers you control: client count, MVP upgrades, product sales, and client satisfaction


• Quarterly Team Bonus when the store hits its goal — every hour, for you and your team


• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate


• Paid manager training, ongoing leadership development, and a clear path to Area Manager

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Salon or barbershop leadership experience preferred — Assistant Managers ready for their own store are encouraged to apply


• You hold people accountable and they still like working for you


• Comfortable with numbers: you know what drives a store and you want to be measured on it


• Reliable and available for the shifts that matter, including weekends
