Sport Clips Hilliard North is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor, coach stylists, and support the Store Manager. This role offers a clear path to owning a store, with leadership development and performance-based pay.

You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and team huddles while cutting behind the chair and upholding our service standards. Weekend availability and leadership training are provided, with opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off, opening/closing and managing wait times.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Lead by example behind the chair and maintain high standards for service.
• Train as the next Store Manager and be prepared for promotion.
