Sport Clips Haircuts in Caldwell, ID is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Licensed stylists or barbers seeking leadership growth are encouraged to apply, including through our Manager-in-Training program.

Formación

• Must be actively licensed as a cosmetologist or barber in Idaho.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber required; men’s cutting preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Sport Clips Haircuts in Meridianis now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

Not Quite Ready for a Manager role? We've got you covered. We offer a comprehensive Manager-in-Training program. Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Management role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We want to be the home for both current and future leaders.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• * Active Idaho Cosmetology or BarberLicense
• * Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• * Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• * Passion for customer service and team development
• * Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
